As a Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A in Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, you sit at the heart of everything we do. Working directly with an independent Owner/Operator, you will prepare great-tasting food while building hands-on experience and life skills that reach far beyond the kitchen. This is a full-time, on-site position for people who take pride in quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble menu items accurately and to Chick-fil-A's high standards
• Help deliver an exceptional dining experience for every guest we serve each day
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and fully food-safe throughout each shift
• Follow established recipes, procedures, and safety guidelines consistently
• Partner closely with fellow team members to keep service fast and seamless
