About the Role
As an Assistant Property Manager based in San Carlos Park, Lee County, you will support the daily management of our Fort Myers property. This full-time, on-site position centers on building strong, cooperative relationships with everyone connected to the community — from residents and prospects to vendors, contractors, colleagues, and local agencies. We are particularly interested in candidates who bring hands-on leasing expertise to the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, high-quality customer service to current and prospective residents
- Cultivate positive, collaborative working relationships with colleagues, vendors, and contractors
- Support leasing activities and help maintain strong occupancy at the property
- Coordinate with community partners and associated agencies as needed
- Assist the Property Manager with the smooth, day-to-day operation of the Fort Myers community
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management, ideally in an assistant or comparable role
- Demonstrated leasing experience
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to build and sustain professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- A collaborative, dependable approach to teamwork
