About the Role

As an Assistant Property Manager based in San Carlos Park, Lee County, you will support the daily management of our Fort Myers property. This full-time, on-site position centers on building strong, cooperative relationships with everyone connected to the community — from residents and prospects to vendors, contractors, colleagues, and local agencies. We are particularly interested in candidates who bring hands-on leasing expertise to the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, high-quality customer service to current and prospective residents
• Cultivate positive, collaborative working relationships with colleagues, vendors, and contractors
• Support leasing activities and help maintain strong occupancy at the property
• Coordinate with community partners and associated agencies as needed
• Assist the Property Manager with the smooth, day-to-day operation of the Fort Myers community

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property management, ideally in an assistant or comparable role
• Demonstrated leasing experience
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to build and sustain professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
• A collaborative, dependable approach to teamwork
