About the Role
As a Behavioral Health Technician with Child & Family Support Services, you'll work alongside licensed clinicians to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to children and families. This full-time position is based in our Cottonwood office and focuses on direct client support, treatment facilitation, and clinical assistance that helps young people overcome personal obstacles and reach their potential.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct behavioral health support to children and young adults enrolled in our services
- Assist licensed clinicians with treatment implementation and progress monitoring
- Support clients in developing coping skills and behavioral strategies
- Participate in intake assessments and treatment planning activities
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and client records
- Help create a safe, supportive environment for families accessing our services
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure coordinated, effective care

- High school diploma or GED
- Genuine interest in behavioral health and supporting vulnerable youth
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work compassionately with children, teens, and families
- Reliability and commitment to consistent, quality client care
