Key Responsibilities
- Assess, triage, and stabilize patients presenting to the Emergency Department during overnight hours.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans in line with evidence-based practice.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately while closely monitoring patient response.
- Partner with physicians, advanced practice clinicians, and support staff to coordinate timely, effective care.
- Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and follow-up needs.
- Maintain thorough, accurate documentation and uphold all safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure valid in Pennsylvania.
- Clinical readiness for the acuity and pace of emergency nursing.
- Availability to work night shifts on a part-time basis.
- Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and communication abilities.
