About the Role

As a Travel Physical Therapist with Centra Healthcare Allied, you will deliver hands-on therapy services on a temporary travel contract in the Montesano, Washington area of Grays Harbor County. This is a full-time, on-site position scheduled to begin as soon as possible, ideal for an experienced clinician who thrives in new environments and enjoys the flexibility of travel healthcare work.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and design individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions to support recovery, mobility, and pain management
• Track patient progress and adjust care plans to meet treatment goals
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in line with facility standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license, or eligibility to obtain licensure in the immediate future
• Prior clinical experience as a practicing Physical Therapist
• Availability for a 13-week travel assignment at 40 hours per week
• Willingness to work 8-hour day shifts with an ASAP start date
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient-care skills
