About the Role

As a Leasing Consultant for Foresight Asset Management LLC in Balcones Heights, you'll be a front-facing member of our onsite team, guiding renters through every step of their journey. This full-time, in-person position blends customer service, sales, and community marketing to keep our property thriving and our residents satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet prospective renters and conduct engaging tours of available apartment homes and amenities.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person, answering questions with accuracy and enthusiasm.
• Guide applicants through the rental application process, including screening, documentation, and lease signing.
• Support marketing and outreach efforts to attract new residents and maintain strong occupancy.
• Foster a welcoming, service-focused atmosphere that strengthens current resident relationships and retention.
• Contribute to the day-to-day success and smooth operation of the community alongside the onsite staff.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, comfortable juggling tours, applications, and follow-ups.
• Ability to work onsite full-time in Balcones Heights, Bexar County.
• Prior leasing, sales, or property management experience is a plus, though enthusiasm and a service-driven attitude are essential.
