This is a full-time, on-site Travel Physical Therapist position based in Modesto, California. Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and design individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to restore mobility, strength, and function
- Track patient progress and adjust care strategies as recovery advances
- Document treatments accurately and in line with clinical and facility standards
- Partner with the broader care team to support positive patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of California
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Availability to commit to a full 13-week travel contract in Modesto, CA
- Flexibility to work a Days schedule of five 8-hour shifts weekly
- Strong clinical judgment and a patient-centered approach to rehabilitation
