About the Role
The New Graduate Nurse RN Residency is a full-time, on-site opportunity at Research Medical Center for nurses who are ready to translate classroom knowledge into real patient care. Over the course of a year, you will build the clinical judgment, technical proficiency, and critical-thinking habits that define an excellent registered nurse, all while being mentored and supported every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
