Rehab – Physical Therapist

About the Role

As a Physical Therapist with TMC in Manhattan, Riley County, you will evaluate, plan, and deliver rehabilitation care to a diverse caseload of patients. Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with their rehabilitation goals.

• Track patient progress and adjust care plans based on measurable outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on recovery strategies, home programs, and injury prevention.
• Document evaluations and treatment notes accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active, valid Physical Therapist license appropriate for practice in the role's location.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for working with patients and colleagues.
