About This Position

As a Working Pipe Foreman with ASRC Industrial, you'll direct construction teams on diverse infrastructure projects ranging from highway and bridge construction to dam and reservoir work. This is a travel-intensive role where your leadership ensures that pipe installation work meets strict timelines, safety standards, and quality specifications. You'll work directly with project managers, engineers, and field crews to deliver the infrastructure improvements that connect communities across America.

Core Duties

  • Supervise and direct pipe installation crews, ensuring productivity and adherence to project schedules
  • Interpret construction blueprints, plans, and technical specifications to guide daily operations
  • Coordinate material deliveries, equipment placement, and site logistics to support project goals
  • Monitor safety protocols and compliance requirements across all work activities
  • Conduct crew training and quality inspections to maintain construction standards
  • Communicate progress updates and resolve issues with project management and clients
  • Travel to multiple job sites throughout the United States as project needs require
