ASRC Industrial is hiring a Working Pipe Foreman to lead pipe installation and infrastructure crews on traveling assignments across the United States. Based in Buena Vista, Marion County, this full-time position offers the opportunity to oversee critical heavy civil construction projects for government agencies, state departments, and private clients nationwide.

About This Position

As a Working Pipe Foreman with ASRC Industrial, you'll direct construction teams on diverse infrastructure projects ranging from highway and bridge construction to dam and reservoir work. This is a travel-intensive role where your leadership ensures that pipe installation work meets strict timelines, safety standards, and quality specifications. You'll work directly with project managers, engineers, and field crews to deliver the infrastructure improvements that connect communities across America.

Core Duties

• Supervise and direct pipe installation crews, ensuring productivity and adherence to project schedules
• Interpret construction blueprints, plans, and technical specifications to guide daily operations
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment placement, and site logistics to support project goals
• Monitor safety protocols and compliance requirements across all work activities
• Conduct crew training and quality inspections to maintain construction standards
• Communicate progress updates and resolve issues with project management and clients
• Travel to multiple job sites throughout the United States as project needs require

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising construction crews, particularly in pipe installation or heavy civil work
• Working knowledge of construction blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications
• Strong understanding of heavy equipment operation and construction safety standards
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities with diverse field teams
• Willingness and ability to travel to job sites across the United States
