Position Summary

We're seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to deliver expert heating and cooling solutions to homeowners across our service area. In this role, you'll diagnose system issues, perform repairs and maintenance, and ensure every customer receives the professional service they deserve. Your Responsibilities

• Respond to residential service calls for heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
• Diagnose HVAC equipment problems and recommend appropriate solutions
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive service on residential systems
• Install and commission new HVAC equipment
• Document work orders accurately and communicate findings to customers
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
• Build lasting relationships with customers through reliable, courteous service

Skills & Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• HVAC certification or equivalent hands-on experience with residential systems
• Working knowledge of heating and cooling equipment, refrigerants, and safety codes
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
• Physical capability to lift, bend, and work in various environments
• Problem-solving mindset and commitment to quality workmanship
