About the Role

In this part-time position, you'll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out with inquiries, concerns, and support requests. You'll handle inbound customer communications, work to resolve issues promptly and professionally, and ensure every interaction reflects SC Data Center's commitment to quality service.

What You'll Do

• Answer and manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Listen actively to customer concerns and identify solutions
• Document interactions accurately and maintain organized records
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when needed
• Follow company protocols and maintain professionalism at all times
• Help build long-term customer relationships through quality support

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions
• Problem-solving skills and patience when addressing concerns
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent performance
• Experience in customer service or related field preferred
