Werkstudent Reservations (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential hospitality organization with a growing presence across Europe. Our talent team is currently seeking a Working Student for Reservations (m/w/d) to join their central reservations department in Munich.

In this role, you will support the reservations operations for multiple hotel locations, handling booking inquiries, payment processing, and guest communications from the corporate office. This is an excellent opportunity for students pursuing studies in tourism or hospitality to gain hands-on experience in hotel operations while working alongside an international team.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily arrival and departure checks across multiple properties
• Provide consultation to international guests via telephone and email
• Maintain property management systems and guest/customer databases
• Verify existing reservations and process incoming payments
• Handle various guest inquiries and requests
• Implement standard operating procedures
• Conduct monthly overnight statistics and process commissions

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a tourism or hospitality management program
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English (written and spoken)
• High level of discipline and self-motivation
• Strong team player with a pronounced sense of responsibility and quality awareness
• Proficiency in standard MS Office applications
• Available for working student hours during your studies
