Werkstudent / Praktikant Finance & Accounting (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential international organization seeking a working student or intern to support their Finance & Accounting team. In this role, you will gain valuable insights into financial processes while contributing to day-to-day operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed asset accounting
• Assisting with invoice review, coding, and posting
• Supporting travel expense and banking management
• Maintaining and reconciling master data and accounting documentation
• Assisting with the preparation of reports, evaluations, and analyses
• Collaborating with internal departments and external contacts
• Supporting administrative tasks within the finance area and special projects

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable degree program
• Interest in accounting, financial reporting, and finance processes
• Previous practical experience through internships or working student positions is advantageous
• Proficient use of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Structured, meticulous, and independent working style
• Analytical thinking and strong affinity for numbers
• Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
• Team spirit, initiative, and willingness to learn
