About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential technology client in Heidelberg seeking a working student to support their Facility Management operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while pursuing your studies, with up to 20 hours per week available.
Responsibilities
- Support the facility management team with daily operational tasks
- Coordinate maintenance and repair appointments with external service providers
- Assist with maintaining building, space, and inventory data systems
- Monitor upcoming maintenance schedules and required inspections
- Contribute to implementing safety-related measures across office locations
- Handle facility management inquiries and work with the team to develop solutions
- Participate in diverse projects offering insights into professional facility operations
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled student, ideally in Facility Management, Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or comparable field
- Reliable, thorough, and capable of working independently
- Interest in organizational processes with strong multitasking abilities
- Technical aptitude and willingness to support practical tasks
- Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent German language skills plus good English proficiency
- Available for up to 20 hours per week
