About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential technology client in Heidelberg who is seeking a working student to join their internal customer service team. This is a flexible, hybrid role designed specifically for university students looking to gain hands-on experience while managing their studies.
You'll support customers via phone, email, and chat—no cold calling, no traditional call center environment. Your schedule will be coordinated around your academic commitments, with generous remote work options and up to 20 hours per week during the semester (with the possibility to increase hours during semester breaks).
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat channels
- Develop individual solutions for customer needs and maintain high satisfaction levels
- Document and process cases in internal systems
- Support the team in day-to-day operations and gain exposure to modern customer service functions
- Contribute ideas for continuous service improvement
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled at a university or college (immatrikuliert)
- Availability for up to 20 hours per week during the semester, with flexibility to increase hours during semester breaks
- Excellent communication skills in German (both written and spoken)
- Friendly, solution-oriented approach with genuine interest in helping customers
- Ideally, some previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service
- Proactive mindset and willingness to bring your own ideas to the team
