Werkstudent Facility Management (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology company seeking a working student to support their Facility Management team in Heidelberg. In this role, you will contribute up to 20 hours per week alongside your studies.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the facility management team with daily operational tasks
• Coordinating appointments for maintenance and repairs with external service providers
• Assisting with the maintenance of building, space, and inventory data
• Monitoring upcoming maintenance schedules and inspections
• Contributing to the implementation and compliance of safety-related measures across office locations
• Supporting facility management inquiries and working with the team to develop appropriate solutions
• Taking on varied tasks that provide insight into professional facility operations

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking a current university student with the following qualifications:

• Currently enrolled as a student, ideally in Facility Management, Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study
• Reliable, meticulous, and able to work independently
• Interest in organizational processes with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Technical understanding and willingness to assist with practical, hands-on tasks
• Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent German language skills and good English proficiency
