About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse 2 to support our mission of "Serving Those Who Served" at the historic Washington Soldiers Home. This part-time permanent position operates at 80% capacity on swing shift, ensuring quality care and continuity for our residents. You will provide direct clinical nursing care and work alongside an interdisciplinary healthcare team committed to exceptional outcomes for those we serve.
What You'll Do
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents, including health assessment, treatment planning, and documentation
- Monitor resident health status and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and care staff to develop individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate, timely medical records and nursing documentation
- Provide health education and wellness support to residents and families
- Uphold infection control and safety standards to protect resident wellbeing

- Current Washington State Registered Nurse license in good standing
