The Opportunity

ANDMORE is seeking a results-driven Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build and execute marketing strategies that nurture customer relationships from acquisition through retention and advocacy. You'll work at the intersection of our physical showroom campuses, design centers, and 24/7 digital marketplace—connecting retailers and designers with the products and opportunities they need to grow their businesses. This role offers the unique chance to impact how buyers and sellers connect and prosper across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns that guide customers through every stage of their journey with ANDMORE
• Analyze customer behavior and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improved retention and lifetime value
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging, offers, and communications across physical and digital touchpoints
• Segment customer audiences and personalize marketing communications to drive engagement and repeat business
• Monitor campaign performance, report on key metrics, and optimize strategies based on data insights
• Support retention initiatives that deepen customer relationships and encourage long-term loyalty

What You Bring

• Proven experience in lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, retention, or a closely related marketing discipline
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Experience managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, digital, and platform)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Project management capabilities and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools is a plus
