About the Role
As Assistant Store Manager in our Waukesha location, you'll work 100% onsite supporting daily store operations and helping manage a retail team. This full-time position offers competitive compensation of $18.50–$21.00 per hour, with overtime available during peak seasons. Annual earnings typically range from $44,000 to $50,000 when accounting for seasonal hours and overtime. You'll experience flexible scheduling: 40 hours during off-season, 42–44 hours during busy periods, and up to 50 hours at peak times, with store hours running most days from 9am–7pm.
What You'll Do
- Support store management and oversee day-to-day operations
- Lead and coach retail team members to meet performance and service standards
- Monitor inventory, merchandising, and store presentation
- Handle customer service issues and ensure positive shopping experiences
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance
- Help drive sales and contribute to store profitability goals
