Paid Media Strategist

About the Role

As a Paid Media Strategist with #twiceasnice Recruiting, you'll own the planning, launch, and optimization of paid advertising programs that drive qualified traffic and conversions. This is a St. Louis-based position in the Brentwood area structured as a hybrid schedule — three days remote (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) and two days in-office (Tuesday and Thursday). The role offers a salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 plus bonus potential. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this opening, and the team is looking to fill it as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage paid media campaigns across search, social, and display platforms
• Develop channel strategy aligned to audience targeting, budget, and performance goals
• Monitor spend, bids, and pacing to maximize return on ad investment
• Analyze campaign metrics and translate results into clear, actionable recommendations
• Run A/B tests on creative, copy, and landing experiences to lift conversion rates
• Report on KPIs and partner with stakeholders to refine ongoing media plans

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience planning and executing paid media or performance marketing campaigns
• Working knowledge of platforms such as Google Ads and paid social channels
• Comfort with analytics, budgeting, and data-driven optimization
• Strong communication skills for presenting strategy and results
• Ability to work on-site in the Brentwood, St. Louis area two days each week
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
