VP, Enterprise Systems

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential advertising technology organization in their search for a VP, Enterprise Systems. This strategic leadership role will drive enterprise technology initiatives for a rapidly growing company in the Gramercy Park and Murray Hill area of Manhattan.

Our client operates at the intersection of data, media, and technology, helping brands connect with audiences through sophisticated platforms. They need an experienced enterprise systems leader who can think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise systems strategy across the organization, ensuring technology infrastructure supports business growth and scalability
• Oversee critical enterprise platforms including ERP, CRM, HRIS, and business intelligence systems
• Partner with C-level executives and business unit leaders to align technology investments with strategic objectives
• Manage relationships with key technology vendors and negotiate enterprise agreements
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of enterprise systems professionals
• Drive digital transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and data-driven decision making
• Establish governance frameworks and best practices for enterprise system implementations and upgrades
• Ensure data security, compliance, and business continuity across all enterprise platforms
• Develop multi-year technology roadmaps and manage significant capital budgets

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise systems leadership, with at least 5 years in senior management roles
• Proven track record implementing and optimizing enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, or similar systems
• Strong background in advertising technology, media, SaaS, or high-growth technology companies
• Executive presence with excellent communication skills; ability to present to boards and C-suite audiences
• Experience managing teams of 10+ professionals including architects, analysts, and administrators
• Demonstrated success driving organizational change and leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced technical degree strongly preferred
• Experience with data integration, API management, and modern cloud architectures
• Strategic thinker who can also roll up sleeves and execute when needed

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $168,750 - $187,500 annually. This represents the compensation structure for candidates placed through our recruiting services. Final compensation will be determined based on experience level, specific qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
