Vice President, Pensions and Consultant Relations, Americas

HSBC is seeking an accomplished relationship leader to join its Asset and Wealth Management division as Vice President, Pensions and Consultant Relations, Americas, based at Grand Central, Manhattan in New York, NY.

About the Role

This full-time, hybrid position places you at the heart of HSBC's institutional client coverage across the Americas. As Vice President, Pensions and Consultant Relations, you will cultivate and deepen partnerships with pension funds and investment consultants, serving as a trusted point of contact who connects sophisticated institutional clients with HSBC's asset and wealth management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow enduring relationships with pension plans and consulting firms throughout the Americas region.
• Act as a senior representative of HSBC Asset and Wealth Management to the institutional and consultant community.
• Champion HSBC's investment solutions and strategies to prospective and existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with the evolving needs of pension and consultant relationships.
• Support business development objectives and contribute to revenue growth across the consultant relations function.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in institutional relationship management, pensions, or consultant relations within asset and wealth management.
• Strong understanding of the institutional investment landscape across the Americas.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills suited to a senior, client-facing role.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid arrangement based in New York, NY.
