About the Role

Your anticipated start date is as soon as possible.
What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough evaluations of speech, language, swallowing, and voice disorders for hospitalized patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with hospital protocols and patient needs
- Provide direct therapeutic intervention and patient education across diverse diagnostic conditions
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, case management, and other healthcare team members on patient care coordination
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation and progress reporting to support continuity of care
- Contribute to discharge planning and transition of patients to appropriate care settings
