About the Role

As a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate with First Cash, you will be the friendly face customers meet when they walk through our doors in Brandon, Hillsborough County. This hourly position pays $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, plus an attainable commission on every transaction you complete — associates can earn up to 8% per transaction, which can add roughly $1.00 per hour on top of your base pay.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome shoppers, answer questions, and deliver a positive in-store experience
• Process retail sales and customer transactions accurately and efficiently
