About the Role
Join our clinical team as a travel Physical Therapy Assistant in a dynamic skilled nursing facility environment. You'll work full-time (40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts) supporting licensed physical therapists in delivering direct patient care and rehabilitation services. What You'll Do
- Assist licensed physical therapists with patient treatment sessions and rehabilitation exercises
- Help patients progress through therapeutic activities designed to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Document patient progress and communicate observations to the therapy team
- Maintain treatment equipment and facility standards in accordance with facility protocols
- Support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals within the SNF care environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Current Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license or certification
- Active state licensure in North Carolina
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation settings
