Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients and design individualized physical therapy treatment plans aligned with each person's recovery goals.
- Carry out therapeutic interventions to help patients restore mobility, build strength, and reduce pain.
- Track patient progress and adjust care plans as needed throughout the course of treatment.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in line with facility standards.
- Partner with the broader care team to support coordinated, patient-centered outcomes.

- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in the state of California.
