About the Role
You'll deliver physical therapy services on a consistent schedule of five 8-hour days per week, with no evening or weekend commitments. What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities
- Develop individualized treatment plans that address patient functional goals and clinical needs
- Progress patient rehabilitation, monitor outcomes, and adjust interventions based on clinical response
- Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
What We're Looking For
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Ohio or immediate eligibility for Ohio PT license
- Professional clinical experience in a PT treatment setting
