As a Travel Physical Therapist with National Staffing Solutions, you'll join an acute care facility in Salinas, Monterey County, where you'll provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to hospitalized patients. Working rotating shifts in a dynamic clinical environment, you'll gain valuable experience across diverse patient populations while playing a key role in recovery and functional restoration.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and assess patients' physical function, strength, mobility, and rehabilitation potential
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and facility protocols
• Deliver therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional mobility training
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and modify plans based on patient response and clinical progress
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other clinical staff to support coordinated patient care
• Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes in the medical record in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Instruct patients and caregivers on prescribed exercises and home management strategies

What We're Looking For

• Valid, current Physical Therapist license in the state of California
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Clinical knowledge and experience in orthopedic, neurological, and general acute care rehabilitation
• Ability to learn new hospital systems and adapt to facility-specific clinical protocols
• Strong interpersonal and clinical communication skills
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts within a hospital setting
• Travel experience and willingness to relocate for a 13-week assignment is preferred
