About the Role

We're looking for a dedicated Caregiver or Home Health Aide to provide hands-on support and personal care services to our clients. You'll work one-on-one with individuals in their homes, building trust, ensuring their comfort, and helping them maintain independence. Your role is essential—you'll be present in moments that matter most.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, bathing, and dressing
• Help with mobility support, transferring, and light housekeeping tasks
• Monitor client health and report changes or concerns to supervisors
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain detailed care notes and communicate proactively with the care team
• Respect client privacy and dignity at all times

What We're Looking For

• Genuine compassion and patience with diverse client needs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for home visits)
• CNA, HHA, or home health certification preferred (not required)
• Strong communication skills and reliability
