About the Role
Vetted Health is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse for a labor and delivery position in Roswell. This is a full-time travel assignment with immediate availability. The contract runs for 13 weeks at approximately $8,230 per month gross compensation. You'll work 36 hours per week across 12-hour shifts, allowing for structured work-life balance while providing continuity of care to patients and their families during one of life's most significant moments.
What You'll Do
- Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs, responding promptly to any clinical changes
- Escalate patient concerns through appropriate clinical channels to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
- Provide evidence-based nursing care throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery phases
- Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, anesthesia, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with families and patients throughout their experience
- Maintain comprehensive medical records and comply with hospital protocols and healthcare regulations
What We're Looking For
- Current RN licensure in Georgia
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, ideally in labor and delivery or obstetrics
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to recognize changes in patient condition
- Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills
- Adaptability and composure in dynamic, fast-paced clinical environments
