About the Role

What You'll Do
- Prepare, sterilize, and maintain cardiovascular surgical instruments and specialized equipment
- Assist surgeons and surgical staff during cardiothoracic operations
- Maintain strict sterile field protocols throughout surgical procedures
- Organize and manage instrument sets and operating room supplies
- Communicate effectively with the surgical team to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to established safety standards and institutional policies
What We're Looking For
- Current CVOR Tech certification or equivalent professional qualification
- Demonstrated experience working in a cardiovascular operating room
- Strong knowledge of surgical asepsis and instrument management
- Ability to work efficiently in high-stakes, fast-paced environments
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Valid healthcare licensure and credentials as required by state and facility
Assignment Details
- Location: Wichita, Kansas (Planeview, Sedgwick County)
- Schedule: 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Duration: 13 weeks
