About the Role

Aya Healthcare is seeking an experienced CT Technologist to deliver high-quality imaging services in our Silvis, IL facility. As a Travel CT Tech, you'll be at the heart of diagnostic imaging, operating state-of-the-art CT equipment while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety. What You'll Do

• Operate and maintain CT scanning equipment according to established protocols and safety guidelines
• Position patients accurately to optimize imaging quality and minimize radiation exposure
• Prepare patients for CT procedures, including administration of contrast media when appropriate
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure diagnostic excellence
• Monitor patients during imaging procedures and respond to medical needs
• Maintain detailed records of patient information and imaging parameters
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, HIPAA requirements, and facility protocols
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and report maintenance needs promptly

What We're Looking For

• Current ARRT-CT certification or immediate eligibility
• Active Illinois radiologic technologist license (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Minimum 2+ years of direct CT imaging experience
• Strong patient communication and clinical assessment skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and potential call coverage
• BLS/CPR certification required
• Reliable transportation and willingness to relocate for the 13-week contract period
