As a Training and Development Evaluator for AI Outputs, you are responsible for reviewing and assessing machine-generated training content to guarantee that it supports effective learning outcomes. You'll work directly with AI-produced documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and instructional materials, identifying strengths and areas for improvement. This position is critical to maintaining the quality and reliability of training resources that organizations depend on for employee development and organizational effectiveness.

What You'll Do

  • Review AI-generated training documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy and instructional quality
  • Evaluate the coherence, clarity, and pedagogical effectiveness of training materials
  • Assess whether content meets established standards for technical accuracy and completeness
  • Provide detailed feedback on strengths and areas for refinement in AI outputs
