About the Role
As a Community Mortgage Bank Sales Consultant (SAFE), you will join the Consumer Lending team within Wells Fargo's Home Lending division. Based on-site in assigned Wells Fargo Bank branches in Alexandria, Alexandria City, you will originate residential mortgage loans and serve as a trusted advisor to homebuyers throughout their financing journey. This is an on-site, full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate mortgage loans while working from assigned bank branch locations.
- Partner closely with branch leadership to grow and support the home lending business.
- Take part in branch huddles, meetings, and team activities to align on shared goals.
- Guide customers through mortgage products and the loan application process with clarity and care.
- Build and nurture referral relationships within the branch and the surrounding community.
Qualifications
- Background in mortgage loan origination, consumer lending, or related sales experience.
- SAFE Act registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator, or the ability to obtain it as required for the role.
