About the Role
We're seeking a dedicated Personal Banker Bilingual Spanish to become a trusted financial advisor for Wells Fargo customers in the Amarillo area. In this full-time position, you'll combine financial expertise with bilingual capabilities to serve Spanish-speaking clients and support all customers in achieving their banking goals.
What You'll Do
- Open and maintain checking, savings, and investment accounts for new and existing customers
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate Wells Fargo products and services
- Provide financial guidance on mortgages, loans, credit products, and wealth management solutions
- Build and nurture customer relationships through consultative, solutions-focused conversations
- Cross-sell financial products aligned with customer financial goals
- Serve Spanish-speaking customers with fluency in both English and Spanish
- Process account applications, transactions, and documentation accurately and efficiently
- Maintain compliance with banking regulations and Wells Fargo policies
- Support branch operations and contribute to team success
