About the Role

As a Senior Sales Strategy Business Partner, you'll serve as a strategic architect within our Go-to-Market Strategy & Operations function. You'll work directly with Sales and Customer Success leadership to design and implement business models that deliver compelling value to agents while driving Zillow's revenue objectives. Your impact spans strategy development, sales enablement, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success executives to develop go-to-market strategies that balance value creation for agents with sustainable revenue growth
  • Design business models and pricing frameworks that respond to market dynamics and competitive positioning in real estate technology
  • Build analytical frameworks and performance dashboards to measure strategy impact, surface opportunities, and guide leadership decisions
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that optimize sales processes, improve team efficiency, and accelerate deal velocity
  • Translate market intelligence and competitive analysis into product positioning and sales execution strategies
  • Develop enablement resources and playbooks that equip sales teams to execute strategy effectively

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years in sales strategy, business operations, or go-to-market development roles
  • Demonstrated expertise designing go-to-market strategies and business models
  • Strong analytical foundation with experience building financial models and data visualizations
  • Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills
  • Track record collaborating effectively across sales, product, and customer success organizations
  • Strategic vision paired with operational discipline and meticulous execution
  • Background in SaaS, real estate technology, or enterprise software preferred
