What You'll Do

• Operate and manage Auntie Anne’s and Cinnabon stores within the mall.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain product quality standards.
• Supervise and train staff to meet operational and customer service goals.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and profitability.

What We're Looking For

• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience in retail operations and management is a plus.
• A proven track record in maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
