About the Role
This full-time position is based inside Volusia Mall in Daytona Beach, FL, where you'll help operate a fast-paced Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon location. As part of The Chestnut Land Company team, you'll deliver fresh-baked treats and friendly service to shoppers throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne's pretzels, Cinnabon products, and related menu items to brand standards
- Greet and assist mall guests, providing welcoming, attentive customer service
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and manage cash responsibly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment in line with health regulations
- Support daily store operations, including stocking, restocking, and opening or closing duties
- Work collaboratively with teammates during peak shopping hours
Qualifications
- Availability to work full-time on-site at the Volusia Mall location in Daytona Beach
- A positive, customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and thrive in a busy retail food setting
- Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn food preparation and service standards
- Eagerness to work as part of a team in a high-traffic mall environment
