Nesta posição na Experian, você será a referência técnica responsável por administrar, configurar, monitorar e otimizar o ambiente de automação de cargas de trabalho. Principais Responsabilidades
- Administrar o ambiente Control-M: instalação, upgrades, aplicação de patches e troubleshooting avançado.
- Criar e manter workflows de Jobs com padronização, performance e governança.
- Monitorar rotinas diárias, tratar falhas e incidentes e cumprir os SLAs acordados.
- Desenvolver integrações de transferência de arquivos entre ambientes on-premise e nuvem (AWS, Azure e similares).
- Documentar procedimentos, padrões e boas práticas operacionais.
- Atuar no atendimento de 2º e 3º nível em incidentes, problemas e mudanças.
- Manter ferramentas como BMC Control-M, IBM Connect:Direct e Axway SecureTransport operacionais e seguras.
- Ser ponto focal técnico em projetos e auditorias, garantindo aderência às políticas de segurança da Experian.
Qualificações
- Formação superior completa na área de tecnologia.
- Inglês avançado para conversação, leitura de manuais e interação com o time global.
- Conhecimento em administração e operação de BMC Control-M.
- Domínio de scripts (Shell Script, PowerShell, Python ou equivalentes).
- Experiência com Linux e Windows Server e com práticas ITIL (incidentes, mudanças e problemas).
- Diferenciais: AirFlow, Control-M Automation API, ambientes cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), SFTP, CI/CD, observabilidade (Grafana, Zabbix, DataDog) e operação 24x7.
