About This Position
We're seeking an experienced Technical Support Manager to oversee our Olink proteomics customer support operations. In this remote role based in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, you'll lead a technical support team, manage customer technical challenges, and ensure success with our proteomics solutions. You'll work a standard Monday through Friday schedule while supporting customers across the country.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the technical support team serving Olink proteomics customers
- Manage complex technical troubleshooting for proteomics workflows, instrumentation, and data analysis
- Create and maintain technical documentation, guides, and best practices
- Identify process improvements and implement strategies to enhance support quality and response times
- Partner with product and engineering teams to translate customer feedback into actionable insights
- Monitor team performance, customer satisfaction metrics, and support operations
What You Bring
- Proven experience leading technical support teams or customer-facing technical operations
- Strong background in proteomics, mass spectrometry, or related life sciences technologies
- Demonstrated expertise troubleshooting laboratory instruments and workflows
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Customer-focused mindset and commitment to technical problem-solving
- Experience with support ticketing systems and customer relationship management tools
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, or related field preferred
