Autodesk is seeking a Technical Adoption Specialist, Civil 3D (French-speaking) to work with enterprise customers across Spain, helping them realise measurable value from their software investment and adopt our tools effectively. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Spain.

The Opportunity

Our Customer Technical Success team supports organisations worldwide in maximising return on investment from Autodesk's platform. We work with mid-market and large enterprises to remove adoption barriers, accelerate capability maturity, and align technology with business objectives. As a Technical Adoption Specialist, you will be the essential link between our product capability and customer success—a skilled advisor who understands both the software and the industry workflows that drive real-world outcomes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Facilitate hands-on training and coaching sessions for end users implementing Autodesk Civil 3D, focusing on practical application and workflow optimisation
  • Serve as a technical partner to customers, sharing expertise in Civil 3D and AutoCAD to help teams achieve their project goals and unlock new capabilities
  • Design and deliver structured service packages—including customised training content and guidance—tailored to each customer's unique needs and challenges
  • Conduct group webinars and on-demand digital training content to reach multiple stakeholders and reinforce successful adoption practices across enterprise teams
  • Develop and maintain digital learning materials aligned with customer technical standards, addressing real-world civil engineering and infrastructure workflows

What You Bring

  • Native or near-native proficiency in English, coupled with advanced fluency in French
  • Demonstrable expert-level competence with Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD in active production environments
  • 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering, infrastructure design, or related disciplines
  • Deep familiarity with civil engineering industry practices, project workflows, and typical technical challenges
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or closely related field
  • Strong public speaking and facilitation abilities, with comfort presenting to senior technical and business audiences
  • Advantageous: experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Map 3D, or Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
