You'll own the full product lifecycle for AI-powered workflows designed to help construction professionals work smarter and collaborate more effectively. Reporting at the senior level, you'll drive strategy and execution by bridging construction domain knowledge with AI/ML capabilities, customer insights, and platform architecture—ensuring every feature delivers measurable value to construction organizations worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Lead product strategy and execution for AI assistant workflows within Autodesk Construction Cloud, from discovery through launch and optimization
- Identify the highest-value opportunities where AI can meaningfully improve construction workflows and customer outcomes
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, designers, and construction domain experts to translate customer needs into compelling product requirements
- Define success metrics, track adoption, and measure impact on productivity, efficiency, and customer ROI
- Conduct ongoing customer research to understand construction workflows, pain points, and evolving market demands
- Work cross-functionally with platform services teams to integrate AI capabilities throughout Autodesk's ecosystem
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a product manager for enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, or AI-driven products
- Strong conceptual understanding of AI/ML capabilities and practical applications in business software
- Domain knowledge in construction, architecture, engineering, or adjacent industries—or demonstrated ability to rapidly develop it
- Excellent strategic judgment in synthesizing customer feedback, technical feasibility, and business goals
- Track record of shipping products that delight customers and drive measurable business results
