Director, Product & Platform Central Finance

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Corporate and Product Finance, the Director of Product & Platform Central Finance shapes how we fund, measure, and optimize our product investments and platform capabilities. In this leadership position, you'll oversee financial planning, analysis, and governance across our core product and platform initiatives—ensuring resources flow strategically and outcomes are measurable.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans for product and platform organizations, aligning investment with company strategy and growth objectives
• Build and lead a team of finance professionals supporting product line and platform finance functions across the organization
• Drive monthly and quarterly close processes, variance analysis, and reporting for product and platform P&Ls
• Partner with product leaders and platform engineering to forecast resource needs, model business scenarios, and quantify opportunity
• Establish financial controls, metrics frameworks, and accountability systems that empower decision-making at all organizational levels
• Guide investment decisions through rigorous financial analysis and business case development
• Collaborate across finance, product, engineering, and commercial teams to optimize capital allocation and operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of financial planning and analysis experience, with at least 5 years in director-level or equivalent leadership roles
• Proven expertise in product finance, platform finance, or technology company financial management
• Demonstrated ability to build and mentor high-performing finance teams
• Strong financial acumen: comfortable with P&Ls, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Excellent business partnering and communication skills—translating financial insights into actionable strategy
• Experience with financial planning tools and enterprise ERP systems
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
• Ability to engage effectively across distributed teams and time zones
