Fusion Sr. Sales Specialist, Regional (CENTRAL)

Autodesk is seeking a Fusion Sr. Sales Specialist in the Central region to lead enterprise sales efforts across the midmarket segment. Based in State House, Lancaster County, this full-time position offers the opportunity to drive significant revenue growth for one of Autodesk's fastest-growing business lines while building strategic client relationships.

Fusion represents a critical growth engine at Autodesk, and this Sr. Sales Specialist role is central to capturing market share in the midmarket. You will own a defined sales territory in the Central region, responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, penetrating new divisions within existing accounts, and closing complex deals that expand Fusion's footprint. This position demands a consultative sales professional who can translate product capabilities into measurable business impact.

What You'll Do

• Break into new divisions and departments within assigned midmarket accounts
• Expand existing customer relationships and grow Fusion's presence across the Central region
• Close high-impact Fusion deals through effective negotiation and solution positioning
• Manage the complete sales cycle from discovery and qualification through contract closure
• Develop compelling business cases and ROI analyses that resonate with decision-makers
• Build and cultivate long-term strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
• Coordinate closely with implementation and support teams to ensure customer success
