Technical Project Manager (all genders) – Retail and window campaigns

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential luxury retail client seeking a Technical Project Manager to join their Stuttgart office. In this role, you will oversee sophisticated retail display and window installations, ensuring projects meet exceptional quality standards while managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-end window and retail display campaigns from concept through installation, maintaining quality and aesthetic excellence
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between clients, internal design teams, prototyping, production, and logistics partners
• Oversee budgets and processes across all project phases to ensure on-time, profitable delivery
• Apply technical expertise to material selection and review technical drawings for feasibility
• Manage quality gates throughout production, including prototyping approvals, VM reviews, and pre-assembly checks
• Supervise final on-site installations of window campaigns within Germany

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of professional experience in project management, ideally focused on technical campaigns, prototyping, and production
• Strong technical understanding with solid knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes
• Ability to read and interpret 3D visualizations and technical drawings for production execution
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
• Comfort with direct client interaction and willingness to support on-site installations
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style with high quality standards
• Interest in fashion, innovation, sustainability, and craftsmanship
