Teamleader Sales Total Conveyance

Continental invites experienced sales leaders to join as Teamleader Sales Total Conveyance in Szeged, Hungary. This full-time remote position offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team driving growth in total conveyance solutions for the global automotive industry.

What This Role Involves

In this remote leadership position, you'll oversee sales operations and team performance for Continental's total conveyance product line. You'll bridge customer needs with Continental's innovative solutions, managing relationships with major automotive OEMs and suppliers across Europe and beyond. Your focus will be accelerating revenue growth, developing your team, and strengthening Continental's competitive position in this critical market segment.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a sales team targeting automotive OEMs and tier-one suppliers worldwide
• Develop and execute market-focused sales strategies for total conveyance solutions
• Manage key customer accounts, negotiate contracts, and drive order pipeline growth
• Set ambitious yet realistic targets; monitor KPIs and deliver performance reporting to senior leadership
• Identify competitive opportunities and emerging market trends within the conveyance sector
• Partner with product development and engineering to ensure customer specifications are met
• Foster collaboration between sales, operations, and supply chain teams
• Attend customer briefings, trade shows, and strategic business reviews

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in automotive or industrial supply sales, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role
• Deep knowledge of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting
• Track record of closing substantial B2B deals and exceeding sales targets
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to influence at senior levels
• Experience managing geographically dispersed teams in a remote or hybrid environment
• Fluent in English; additional European languages advantageous
• Degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent professional background
