The Opportunity
At Daniels Health, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team based in Chicago. This full-time position will focus on Sales recruitment, partnering with leaders to deliver end-to-end hiring processes for Sales roles while supporting other corporate functions. Key responsibilities include attracting top commercial talent, building our employer brand, and driving outcomes that support business growth.
Core Duties
- Partner with sales leadership to identify and fill open positions through full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates by leveraging various sourcing strategies including social media, job boards, and internal referrals.
- Conduct initial candidate screening, interviews, and reference checks for Sales roles.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure continuous talent availability.
- Evaluate and improve hiring processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on Sales roles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards for candidate sourcing.
- Proven track record in delivering successful hires within tight timelines.
- A passion for sales recruitment and a commitment to driving business growth through talent acquisition.
