As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across various operational leadership roles within our plant network.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding
- Create and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in plant operations, operational leadership, and corporate business functions
- Partner closely with plant leaders, corporate hiring managers, and HR partners to understand workforce needs and develop clear requisitions and position profiles
- Provide guidance and best-practice recommendations on recruitment processes and tools
- Play a key role in strengthening the employer brand and ensuring every candidate has an exceptional experience
Requirements
- Experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the healthcare or manufacturing industries
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adept at sourcing and engaging candidates through various channels
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in creating and executing successful recruitment strategies
- Prior experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
