As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across various operational leadership roles within our plant network.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Create and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in plant operations, operational leadership, and corporate business functions
  • Partner closely with plant leaders, corporate hiring managers, and HR partners to understand workforce needs and develop clear requisitions and position profiles
  • Provide guidance and best-practice recommendations on recruitment processes and tools
  • Play a key role in strengthening the employer brand and ensuring every candidate has an exceptional experience

Requirements

  • Experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the healthcare or manufacturing industries
  • Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adept at sourcing and engaging candidates through various channels
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in creating and executing successful recruitment strategies
  • Prior experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
