About the Role

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll oversee hiring projects from start to finish. This hands-on recruiting position combines strategic candidate sourcing with operational discipline. You'll collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements, then execute targeted strategies to find, screen, and evaluate talent that strengthens our team.

What You'll Do

• Own recruitment projects from job posting through final hire
• Work closely with department leaders to clarify role requirements and develop hiring strategies
• Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach
• Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit for open positions
• Schedule interviews, coordinate timelines, and guide candidates through the hiring process
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain organized records in our applicant tracking system
• Refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of recruiting experience in a talent acquisition or HR role
• Strong listening and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Proven track record of sourcing and placing quality candidates
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving work environment
• Excellent organizational skills and capacity to handle multiple open positions
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking software and recruitment platforms
